Generated Prompts

Prompts generated by our Service based on Your Content are provided for your use. You may use these prompts with third-party AI services, subject to their respective terms of service.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Clip2Prompt, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service becomes our property and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period. Credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable.

Free Trial

We may offer free trials for certain plans. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds unless specified in our refund policy.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that prompts generated will produce specific results with third-party AI services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip2Prompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Your Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clip2Prompt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Right to Modify
